Pre testing sliding piece-trunnion bend in the factory

Before any component leaves the factory, we ensure uncompromising quality. We are currently conducting the final quality checks on a batch of six trunnion bends and sliding pieces for a valued European customer.

Part of our QA process involves pre-assembling these units. By joining the trunnion bend and the sliding piece together here at our workshop, we can verify the tolerances, ensure smooth movement, and guarantee that everything fits exactly as designed.

These six assemblies are now officially checked, approved, and currently in transit to their destination. It’s all about delivering peace of mind along with high-performance hardware.
